Unfortunately there were no fun stories this time around. Things I can do now that I couldn't 5 months ago are:
1. Run a 5k 2. Go more than a week without a soda 3. Weigh less than my super skinny boyfriend 4. Cook a meal from scratch 5. Wear a size 1 jeans Apparently all you have to do is limit your caloric intake to a reasonable level, say about 1300-1500 calories a day, drink a lot of water, and go on leisurely strolls you can lose 25 pounds in about 4 months. I cut soda and frozen dinners from my diet and the sodium cut alone made me drop like 8 pounds in a week because I wasn't carrying water weight around with me everywhere. Surprisingly, the Food Network is the best weapon for weight loss, by cutting the ridiculous ingredients, like Paula Deen out of the meals prepared you can still make awesome dishes. Okay, end of spiel. Peace out, dawgs. |

I love the food network! LOVE IT! I love to modify their meals to make them a little more figure friendly. Paula Deen offers NO help to weight loss...sadly.
mayo and butter should not be staples in any diet! Congrats on the 5K! That is fantastic.
